Harry has over 30 years experience in the IT industry
representing both customer IT organizations and
vendor suppliers. His experience includes large
systems hardware and software, mainframe and distributed
environments, systems engineering and development,
data center management, and sales support management.
His problem solving skills on both sides of the
IT manager’s desk are leveraged to develop
IT solutions with real business value. |

Vice President
Steffani has over 20 years experience in sales,
marketing and technical management for high-technology,
software companies and consulting firms. She has
spent the last 15 years in customer interfacing
roles working directly with large IT organizations
and understands the challenges IT professionals
face today. Steffani holds a BA from Bates College
and an MBA from Boston College. |

Prior to forming Software Success Partners, Harry and Steffani built
organizations within IBM Software Group and Tivoli Systems that were
responsible for making IBM's premier customers successful with IBM
software products and enterprise agreements. These organizations drove
software deployment, delivered the value of enterprise software
contracts, and increased customer loyalty of IBM's largest and most
complex customers.
Through their experiences of working with some of
the largest IT organizations in the world, Harry and Steffani realized
that there was a great need in the industry for better controls and
management of complex software environments. They also believed that
they could provide far more comprehensive and universal software
management solutions as an independent service provider, with no vendor
bias. They developed their proprietary methodology, Total Software Management®
to address the need they observed in the industry, and founded Software
Success Partners.
