We develop and deliver a strategic roadmap containing a logical progression of activities to reach your ITAM goals. This roadmap contains:

  • Process, organization and tool guidance - Are documented processes in place? Are they successfully implemented? Are groups aligned to work together? Are tools being used? What additional tools are required?
