What we do

We assess your vendor relationships, partnerships, processes, integration and standardization of programs and develop a scorecard of vendor criteria vs. performance. If any of these areas are lacking or weak, we put together a strategy for improvement and then help you to implement our recommendations. We then develop a process to measure, monitor and manage your preferred vendors.

The end result is two-fold:

2. an enhanced vendor management program to ensure that you are partnered with the right vendors.
